Spirit Technology is pleased to present its Priority First Service Agreement. We are dedicated to meeting and exceeding the expectations of our customers, and the Priority First Service Agreement offers features which are designed to help achieve that objective.

In addition to receiving the professional computer system and network support services you expect, the Priority First Service Agreement provides other valuable advantages:

We Are Your Staff
As a Spirit Technology PFSA customer, we become your network support staff. No matter what you need (hardware, software, email, web, Internet, or application support) you know you can count on Spirit Technology to get it done - and get it done right.
Lower Rates
Because you can commit in advance to a certain number of service hours, Spirit Technology can offer the same professional, high-quality service at reduced rates.
First Priority
Your service requests are given priority over those of Spirit Technology customers without an agreement. When you have a service agreement with Spirit Technology, you are assured that meeting your service needs is a priority for us and that we will be available when you need us.
Free Email Support
Spirit Technology does not charge its Priority First customers for the time our service technicians spend responding to your email. We recognize that there are certain support issues which are not time-sensitive and naturally lend themselves to email communications, and we encourage our customers to take advantage of these opportunities.
